Had a dream a few weeks back, and Khale is the name of the main person the dream focused on.
He lives in a world where religious figures have complete control over the world, and everyone who lives in it. In this society, those who commit sins are punished accordingly, and have part of their hair shaved off to shame them. Khale once committed a sin so great, that he was sentenced to a correctional camp, and had almost all of his hair buzzed off.
