First of all, I want to apologize for being AWOL for a long time; my job has made things a little difficult for me to work on some drawings, but I finally made some time.
And in the spirit of Halloween, I decided to post one of my fanmade evolutions for the Pokémon Eevee. Here is what I think Eevee would look like as a ghost type: Ghouleon; in addition to that, I think Eevee would evolve into ghost type with the dusk stone (at night). The cloak-like fur design was inspired from Raven from Teen Titans.
