Goretober day 31- Teeth
[This story isn't canon, it's just an AU but it's based on actual canon history.
Pixi really was abandoned and left for dead as a child.
This is kind of a revenge AU]
"Oh hey mum!" the fairy 'Pixi' chimed in a happy go lucky tone as she landed on a thick branch.
Her insectoid wings immedietly shrank down into nothing upon landing leaving no visible trace of them above her leather jacket except for two slits in the back of the garment which allowed for her to wear it with or without the aformated appendages.
"It's been a long time, did you miss me?" she asked with a smug grin which displayed her small fangs beneath black painted lips.
The other fae stared at her in surprise for a moment looking her up and down while she tried to figure out who this stranger was calling her mum.
The female that stood before her was unlike the other fae of the forest. She wore strange clothes for starters, not the typical pelts and leathers which most fae would use from mice and bats but strange human looking clothes, and black marks painted onto her face.
Surprise turned into horror as she took in her other features besides her clothes, those large pointed ears and sharp fangs indicated she was a dark fae, or a hybrid of one.
Suddenly it dawned on the older fae who it was she was looking at, which caused her to step back several good paces away from the younger fae.
"Pixilia!" she exclaimed with fearful eyes fixed on the hybrid dark fae.
"No, it can't be. The predators should have eaten you" the older fae babbled in disbelief.
"Were they supposed to?" Pixi inquired raising a brow "was that the plan? Dump your little girl in the forest and let the predators do the job you were too afraid to do yourself?"
Pixi proceeded to pace slowly towards her mother with both hands in her pockets, and with each step she took her mother would step backwards keeping the distance between themselves until she was eventually backed up into a hollow in the tree trunk with nowhere left to go.
"What's the matter? It's as if you don't trust me?" Pixi questioned removing one hand from her pockets while she shrugged at her mother.
"Are you still afraid of me? Do you still think I'm a monster because I'm part predator?" finally she stood still in the entrance of the hollow, blocking her mother from leaving.
The wording of Pixi's question was not inaccurate. She was half Earth fae like her mother, but also half Dark fae. A vampiric subspecies of the Darsha fae which fed on blood and would feast on their Earth cousins.
Pixi was an anomaly in that not only had her mother survived an attack from a Dark fae, but had bore a child from one too, and Pixi was the child which came of this attack.
"Rest assured dear mother, you've never been in any danger from me" she smiled sweetly for a moment.
"I just wanted you to meet my boyfriend" she chimed before raising her fingers to her lips and whistled loudly to signal for her boyfriend to come along.
The silence outside the hollow was replaced by a deep snarl and the sounds of twigs and dried leaves being crushed under foot of something heavy, or heavy by the fae's comparison at least.
The inside of the hollow went dark as a demon's face peered in blocking out the light with his size.
Her mother would see his dark eyes scowling at her, and then as his head moved she would get a good long look at his lethal sharp teeth.
Pixi had absolutely no fear of the demon as she turned to him for a moment, and then returned her gaze to her mother pressing her finger gently against the tip of one of the demon's fangs.
"I want you to meet Carlos" she told her mother so nonchalantly as though dating her own natural predator was completely normal.
The demon should have devoured her at first glance, yet here they were! Pixi fearless of the fierce demon and Carlos likewise showing no signs of ill will towards the fairy dressed in black.
Her mother screamed at the sight of the demon, and tried harder to back up even more into the hollow pressing herself as close to the wood as she could.
"Come now mum, I already said I won't hurt you" Pixi assured her with soft eyes... which soon turned into a hard frown
"I'll let a predator do that for me, just like you did when I was a little girl"
