James and Flash are a very happy couple. In fact, to many others, their friends and the like, they appear to be totally relaxed with one another. It was envious to see such love between two people, but it was there of course. What made the two great around one another was the fact that they were so alike. Their interests were the same and they enjoyed a joke or two.
This was one of those times.
The two Skunks were massive practical jokers and this didn't just apply to playing pranks on others. They loved to do it to one another as well. In this instance, James lost a bet and Flash made sure to get his worth out of the forfeit. He figured dressing James up in a hoola skirt and playing some Hawaiian music in the middle of a crowded street was good enough.
