I've been having a big ERTL obsession as of late, so I thought it'd be cool to design my favorite fictional engine NOT from Thomas from my favorite railway-related franchise that isn't Thomas. That being Rusty from Starlight Express.

Rusty doesn't have a real basis given that he's portrayed as a human in a steampunk-like costume, so I got the basis for this design from Shadrack Wilde's own design of him. So credit to them for the basis.
