The awnser is most definetly yes...yes it does. Also..he knows your there..and he isint amused but he hasnt been very regular and he dosnt want to miss this chance.

I wonder if there would be a way to like help him relax or something to help him.

Well, for Alucard, it would take much more then that to harm him. Not to mention he doesn't actually have to be within striking range, as he has these four vectors (Look at the anime Elfen Lied to find out what they are) that can be used to massage people, or cause pleasurable sensations inside them. Of course, he could make it so they tickled the bear as well, you know?
