Speaking of Lucia's shadow, this is her. She's one of the four-ish new characters and my favourite, Victoria Leroy.
A police detective that has it out for Lucia and whatever it is she's involved in. Victoria doesn’t know who or what she is,
but she knows there's something off about Lucia. She's hard-working, righteous, tough but kind, a good cook and likes
to read fantasy novels. She has a cat named Murray and she still wears the ring of her late fiancé who died in a car crash years ago.
It was only after his death that she realized she's actually gay. She still feels somewhat guilty for having him believe
she loved him romantically, but she didn't know better herself. They still had a deep connection that V is genuinely
grateful for.
