I've never really given much thought to my Fursona before. Mostly because I can never settle on a type of animal... And I'm also really bad at thinking of myself positively. I usually draw myself looking stupid, because I don't really think I'm all that special.

Then I thought "what if I make my fursona one of my own imaginary species?"

I thought I might give it a try. It's eerily mirror-like >.<

I chose a species of my own creation, the ayvion, but one that is part human. That gives me human/animal traits, and the ability to change between the wolf and the human.

Full-blooded ayvions shift shape into a canine or feline-like beast (see the feral form!). Half-breeds--like myself--can still shift shape, but we are stuck halfway there. It makes us look like were-creatures!

My feral form is just a bonus, since, being half-human, I would be unable to reach the "pure" beast form. My feral form is an example of what I might look like if I were pure-blooded ayvion and not stuck in the anthro half-form.

I've batted around with the idea of making species sheets for the munikin, the imaginary people I write about in my stories. Who knows though... I have so many things to do @_@
