Done as part of CCC:12, a gift-art swap organized by Gabi

This still feels more like a well developed sketch then a final coloured piec... there are so many spots I could have improved, but the pic would have been overdue by months (instead of a mere week). Kinda wish I'd been able to come up with a better background for it, too.

It was an experiment too; I wanted to see how my colouring technique would look without lines. It came out pretty good, but a few spots looked much better once they were touched up with black. I wish I'd been able to come up with a decent background for it... without lines, a few spots don't look so good against white.

Like one or two previous CCC gifts, the quote is semi-borrowed; the first line is from Beast Wars.
