Commissioned in 2018, starting what's become a yearly tradition for me.
I like to get at least one of my Pokemon OCs dressed up for Halloween each year. And since Susan is a seamstress by trade, it's fun to imagine that she's the one making them all. Gifts for her friends, custom sales for others. Though really, all kudos to BlushBane for making this beautiful costume a reality~ Susan would make a lovely guest at any Halloween party.
Now this was long before Ailyn was around, but I've always loved Mismagius themed designs. That ghost's got the best witch hat around. If regular Pokémon eventually became ghost Pokémon, Susan would certainly be such a fashionable ghost.
