What not a lot of people might know is that Mint was originally based on Sorrel's design from Dragon Ball Super when the Tournament of Power came out. When the arc was done, I wrote Ultra Army and Sorrel was one of the main characters in it.

I think this is as good a time as any to announce that I'm actually working on a complete revamp of the original story 3 years later, making improvements to the grammar, the dialogue, and its pacing. But it won't be complete until around Thanksgiving or Christmas Day (depending on how quick I am with it). What we'll get for Halloween is the Magiswords Darker miniseries.

You could call it furry-biased, but Sorrel and Hopp had some of the more interesting designs I liked and a smidge of personality somewhere in the anime. We never saw enough of them to know their character all that much, so I'm glad I wrote 'em in Ultra Army to be more fleshed out. The revamp I'm working on is still gonna keep up with that and give some more lore to them. :)
