Just a speculative battle against Rouxls Kaard in Deltarune. Spontanous idea. Yes, he has giant killer worms and maybe other insects as attacks.

Another thing I think Rouxls Kaard would have in a battle is the ability to change the rules, as he is of course, The Rules Card
Something that would make it seemingly impossible to defeat him, like “The player shall deal no damage to their enemies”
