So as you can see here is that Buizel is going Trick-Or-Treating for Halloween that night getting some goodies, what's he is being for Halloween is SpongeBob Squarepants since he enjoyed the title character that much, I know he's not painted yellow just like SpongeBob but it not about what he looks like anyway it how he's dressed. Well Pokémon's do have sweet tooth's after all and the more candy he get's the more taste he'll have, so Happy Halloween Buizel and be sure your trainer checks the candies before you start eating all of them.
