the Skaven Trooper is your everyday solder Deep in the hive City there dusty is to Keep the Skaven colonies and safe from anyone finding it and fighting genestealer Cults for territory. these highly trained female Skaven roaming around the underground take out anyone who dares try to seek them out.
these females are armored whit the stander Guardsmen gear and modified for their kind and most of the gear was stolen from the Imperium bunkers but only took what is needed. most of the time this kind of thing goes missing anyways due to gang raids and transport trucks being high jackets. for the Skaven this more easy man-thing to steal.
but with this kind of stuff in their hands, it is easy to infiltrate Imperium forces to Imitate them and lead them away from the Skaven colony and right into their genestealer foe's

I don't mean to sound intrusive, but your hive skavens don't must necessarily just steal.
Depending on how your skaven girls are expanding in the underhive. In this way, they can colonize various domes and restore the various facilities that are located here.
Individual colonies can have a functioning production plant, water purifier, train depot and the like. Or skavens can create their own facilities: mushroom farms, underhive mines, gladiatorial arenas, etc.
If the skavens try, they can achieve in individual hives that different hive rulers can consider skavens more useful alive than dead.
If the skavens help with the hives industrial tithes sufficiently, then they can also obtain protection from the master of the hive themselves.
remember I'm still working on lore.
also one might want to keep their head down as best as they can the last thing you need is the black templar or the gray knights find out there are rat people in one of their hive Cities. there is a reason why they like to sell their mind control drugs out to the humans.
That's why I think your Skavens will be smart enough to try to convince others in the hive world that they are not xenos and that they are loyal servants of the hive world and Imperium.
In the hive worlds they have a much greater tolerance for mutants than in the other worlds of the Imperium.
The rulers of those worlds are more interested in fulfilling quotas than what hands make ammunition and rifles.
Of course, there will be fanatics, gangsters, death cultists and other inconveniences.
But the Imperium? Astartes? The Inquisition?
If the Skavens do not damage the production of the hive, they will not even notice them.
this also brings an RL issue if these Skaven are open to humans then we have the lonely boy issues as we now have Skaven human relationships all over ruining the idea I had, it's bad enough I was accused of sexual shit with them. why not wait till I actually get lore done first and then give your thoughts I still have a lot to do.
But in hive city and under-hive in particular, I don't think they would cause much uproar. Trust me, there are things that look like a crocodile man from a batman comics. Besides such and worse things, they would look harmless.
As for the warp stone. It can be easily disguised as atomic material for generators. Which is technically true.
Honestly, I'm a fan for human guys and non-human girls romance. But I don't force it on anyone.
And it's not as open as the adaptation to the situation.
Aggressive hostility would be a death sentence, as you yourself wrote. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised by a skaven brothel. Perfect for blackmail.
But you are absolutely right, it is your work, your lore. So I'll wait for the result of your efforts.
