yummy I decided id start adding some food stuff >.> because i love cooking and experimenting with foods about as much as i do with art stuff lol.
and i usually dont even like tomatoes but this is one the of the few exceptions. so here is my tomato basil recipe.
Ingredients:
4 Cups tomato juice
3 Tomatoes
Fresh Basil 10 Leaves
1 Cup Shredded Gouda Cheese (optional)
Mozzarella Cheese (for topping also optional)
1/2 Pint Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 Cup Butter
1 TSP Salt and Pepper
Directions:
1. Cut/peel the skin from the tomatoes, remove seed's and dice. a sharp knife works well or a serrated knife is my preference.
2. Mix tomatoes and tomato juice into a large pan and simmer for about 30 minutes.
3. After tomatoes simmer, blend lightly with basil. usually 2 quick pulses on my blender gives it a good texture.
4. Return to your pan and add whipping cream, butter, salt and pepper. simmer until butter is melted, then add Gouda and simmer until the cheese is melted.
5. Let cool and serve! Top it off with some Mozzarella cheese and enjoy!
Servings: about 8
Time: about an hour including prep and cooking
I hope this makes sense xD and it works out for people who might try it D: im always nervous with my recipes because i usually dont actually take the time to make a recipe for them xD. let me know if you make it and what you think lmao.

mmm yes tomato based soups, particularly this one, are one of my FEW exceptions to tomatoes that i actually like xD
this recipe id rate as a medium in difficulty, but only because there's a bit of prep work, but as for cooking its pretty easy so you should definatly try it some time :3
