is it finished or are you going to add little scale patterns like you did with the other one?
oh and if possible i was hoping it would be finished and like here b4 oct 30th ..I am vending a festival and I would love to be able to wear it there along with my tail and if it had some scales painted on it would match my tail a little better ..if that makes any sense at all
