Well. This took more time than I anticipated, therefore it's a but late, but here it is! My annimurrsary present to muh nurse, renardv RUV YOU, you horrible, horrible man. <3
Admittedly this picture is VERY cheesy, but that was definitely intentional. We're both what you'd call "products of the 90s" as well as street art/graffiti enthusiasts, so that's where the idea came from. And well, I have been watching a lot of Fresh Prince lately, ahah. AT ANY RATE, this was a blast to draw.
Before any one asks, yes, I did the graffiti. Mostly. Using a screen cap of jedimind letters from graffiti creator as a base (I had never done graffiti-style lettering before so I wanted something to work off of) I then tweaked the spacing/proportions of the letters and traced over it adding in some design ideas of my own. Then painted over the whole thing on a single layer. Yep. Fun, although tedious.
Anyway, ENJOY.
oh and: I do not like referring to graffiti as crime, I just wanted a catchy title ;-;

What's funny about the colors is on MY monitor everything is desaturated. So to make it look 'right' I have to use the brightest colors I can, but then on a more vivid monitor like Ren's it's like... "AAAAA GOD MY EYES."
Though it worked out in my favor, considering highlighter-colored clothing is pretty dang 90s xD

Haha, that is weird. SILLY COMPUTERS. But yeah, apparently the model of netbook I'm using tends to be desaturated.... and the LAST monitor Ren gave me to use was OVER saturated xD Dammit, I miss my LCD monitor >:B

Holy crap, this is bad ass. o: And you did really well with the graffiti lettering if I do say so myself. :D This is awesome.

And is it just me or does Mischief seem a little darker coloured in this pic? Might be the colour scheme though, especially against all that neon green. XD

I'll wind up finding it on Vuze eventually, it's just that my desktop's giving me problems and my laptop HDD is practically full XD so I gotta get around to fixing my desktop lol. I'd apreciate that lol, there's only a few songs I really want to listen to anyway ^_^;
I don't give my E-mail out publicly though lol, I've had to create a new one twice from pplz sending me those chain mails that track active email addresses, which led to me getting about 2K spam mails a day...

Graffiti says PSRUG. Heh. Honestly, this is easy to read compared to something like this or http://atxgraffiti.com/wp-content/u.....7/DSC_0012.JPGthis[/url]. I don't think I could ever do something that intricate, ahah

I look at a lot of graffiti. And I still can't read like, 80% of it ahaha. So uh, no worries xD I guess it just takes a LOT of studying on the styles and what-not. AH WELL, even if I can't read a lot of graffiti, I can fully appreciate its design and artistic qualities :3
Oh my god, I just wanted to say I have 90's nostalgia too, I just re-watched Pulp Fiction a moment ago, which is quite possibly the most bad-ass motion picture ever created!

I really love this piece, it's probably a new favorite of mine you've done <3 The expressions are totally fantastic and the graffiti looks bloody amazing. We had to replicate some in art class once and I had the hardest time. Also really adore the shading and BOOMBOX. FUCK YEAH.
I seriously miss the 90's. Though can't say I don't go back to them because I definitely do.

I am a 90s kid so hard and this makes me think of dudes with hair whose tops are so flat you could land a helicopter on them and bad rappers wearing day-glo
you should look for one of those places that lets you graffiti legally--we've got one at the college near me called the "free expression wall" and it's been covered with layers and layers of graffiti on every surface for like 30 years now--when it gets too covered up they just hose down the entire tunnel it's in with white paint and let everyone have at it again
unfortunately a rival college set the tunnel on fire one night so it was closed for several years :c

I love love mayhem and mischief. I also love the way you draw sharks. I have been inspired to make my own shark character aswell. Did you ever think of seeing if people would vote on having figures of your sharks on patch together? -just an idea because I would die for something like that-
