My first shot at drawing the balloon pup, just to make sure I could even draw non-anthro XD Seems I can...
Only thing I'm not sure on here is where the light reflection spots should really go... I think they look okay here, but it was mostly guess work.
Back legs should probably be bigger.... not sure.... ^.^;;
