This is the exact reason some assassins kill their target mainly during the day, easy target with no awareness of the threat roaming around.



Such as Yun Yagili, known as the walking shadow. No one truly know her goal in life or her reason to live within the city. Many claims she has blackmailed them into doing things for her, but this type of behavior has been used by many criminal. The biggest accusation she has around her, is she is a hired killer from a deadly cult trying to bring a old clan back to life.





There are no hard evidence, but When if comes from the nevreans are sergal race across this city, many believe are agents of Shigu. Those targeted by Yun will rarely see it coming due to her favorite killing method being sniper rifle. On rare occasion her victims are killed with a blade but the numbers are quite low compare to bullet wounds.
