Personality: In spite of the best efforts of his mother, her son was beyond saving at the mercy of his cruel and cold-hearted father. Growing to be every bit as wicked, self-serving and amoral as Scar, Kivuli's ambitions are forged not by his desire to rule the Pride Lands but by his desire to see them burn to the ground instead. To him, the throne of the Pride Lands is what drove many a lion mad in their pursuit of power - his father included - and led to him becoming the monster he is fully aware of being. Was he, after all, not born entirely because of Scar's thirst for power? His life being consumed by this ideal of what being "King of Pride Rock" meant? Kivuli actively takes pleasure in the pain of others and is a talented manipulator. He relishes in having control over those around him; a clutch for the power that King Scar had denied him throughout his own childhood. A stark hypocrisy, but one he begrudgingly concedes; the only way to break the cycle of power is to be the last lion standing with all the power. So he can light the fire, watch everything burn, and then step back to see what happens next. As intelligent ash e is strong, his drive, hatred and capacity for both cold, calculating manipulations and ruthless showcases of bloodshed make him one of the Pride Lands' most dangerous adversaries... one they are not even yet aware of for so long; he plays the role of distant, but loyal, half-brother to the King so well.
