Those aliens look Reptillian and remind me of Dragonian guards from some Medieval campaign I remember of sorts
Very nicely done I'd like to see them individually sometime n_n

Pretty damn cool looking aliens, I like these guys more than the Na'vi (you know, from Avatar)

Very cool! Are you going to add a scale texture to the male? And maybe a more smooth slick texture to the female? I think it would look nice. Just a suggestion. ^_^

Over all though, their concept is well thought out, very good job on this.
