Since Blizz refuses to elaborate on what happened inside Torghast between 9.0 and the end of 9.1 aside from a few cutscenes, I decided to come up with my own headcanon to fill in the gaps. And answer such burning questions as: Why does the Jailer tolerate the brokers in his tower?, What does Sylvanas do when she isn't monologueing to Anduin?, and What the heck are they feeding their living prisoner?
This took me a while to make because at some point it turned into a character and environment study.
