...a personal art piece I made earlier this year featuring what appears to be my sona Eclipse's dragon paw track on the ground, reminding us to stay grounded in reality even when the world around us seems to be going too fast for us. Take a breath, step back, and although we may not have talons - we can still use visualization to our advantage in this realm, and earthing (wearing no shoes) helps too.
