It's easy. Just crab-walk your way over top of it and lower yourself slowly while making sure that all areas of your back contact the bed at the same time. The fire-walk was a cake-walk too, just about like walking over hot ground. I'll be giving myself a proper challenge when I don't have so many well-meaning meddlers around! *lol*

Now if you want totally nuts... suspensions, absolutely mad ones. Will be posting pics and vids once permission is obtained from a few people. Won't be posting here though!

Dig... this was the first event of this type ever around these parts, and basically my single first event! Check the reaction though, awesome! I was absolutely overjoyed at the opportunity to do this and it will definitely be a yearly thing. Crazy is one of those um, words that can be so... crazy? I've met some of the truly insane in my life. They can range from the people you only realize are crazy after months or years, to say, the woman who wandered the hospital ward I was in years ago asking everyone if they were the devil and there to kill her. Doing something you know is harmless just for kicks, like standing on hot coals for a good ten-count, well that's just fun fun FUN!!! Just posted a vid clip from the fire-walk last night. Totally safe, just like walking on a warm blanket. You burn your feet more in the summer walking on hot sand or pavement!

Very much enjoyed the bed of nails and wish there would have been a pillow for my feet to keep my legs level with teh bed so it would have been even more comfortable.
