While walking the streets of Inatus city, Neeva noticed people were all trying to look at different store televisions, curious on what was that interesting she walked towards a small group. She simply watched as a strange man without a face began a speech.



'' mysterious man'' My dear citizen, i thank all of you for taking a few minutes of your life to listen to me. We are in dire need of.... volunteer for a urgent project. You shall all be well compensated for your courage of course, we are so close of obtaining something special for this city. Your cooperation is appreciated..... In other news, you may think killing the Inatus troops is a sport, but i assure you defying my authority will not go unpunished, i bid you all farewell my friends, as for the scums polluting my city, your lifes will soon come to an end.






The tv stopped broadcasting, the normal scheduled shows continued as most walked away with little to no care in their face. Neeva curious asked the people around her who the hell was that guy.




''kyn'' That's our glorious leader... what an asshole, lost my friends to his ''experiments'' don't be an idiot, no one volunteer to be killed or whatever test they are doing.



''nevrean'' PAH!! I'd like to see him get my turf, or any gangs turf on that matter. I ain't scared of a shitty android that got destroyed multiple time doing public speeches. I'll rally up the girls to cause some trouble in his honor tonight hahaha!




''Neeva'' If no one loves him, and he's that shady why do people keep voting for him?



''Nevrean'' That's because no one votes, this ain't your regular city. That guy holds the city's power supply, if he really wanted to get rid of criminals, he would have shut down power and leave us all to die. That ain't in his agenda though, he rather kill anyone with his soldiers to inflate his fucking ego of techno god bullshit.
