Inspired by a passage written by Spike Milligan, even the Lycalli have some trouble with their communications. (Maybe good, old fashioned howling would be more efficient?)

Actually from one of his books about the African Campaign. "Gunner Who?" I think it was. Ironically, I could never find the passage again.

Yes. The book I found out was called "Rommel Who? Gunner ?" I think. The cover shows a cartoon drawn of Terrance emerging from a fox hole right up underneath the Desert Fox himself.

yes, his autobiographies are wonderful. I'm guessing then you called him Spike Mulligan - U instead of I - in understandable error.

I consider that an excellent compliment. I've come to the conclusion that my fellow FA members like more "Humorous" comics, so I might just stick with that.

So? I'm a "Cali Fur Nian" and I am often asked where I come from. Of course I've adopted Australian and New Zealand speech mannerisms, and Canadian politeness, and when I get upset my Dad's Wyoming Cowboy accent comes out.
