Hello! I have two questions!
First, do I just follow the link to your boosty, and purchase the post? Will that provide the .psd file?
Second, may I use this base to draw a species of alien from my own universe? They've got some similar features. I wont be reselling the base, or claiming it as my own or anything. It would be just for myself and for reference! I would be heavily altering some parts of the line art, though.

As for use, I allow changes and creation of characters on this base, so I think it works for non-quarian creation too.
So yes, as long as it follows the rules "do not resell" and "do not claim", you can change this base for your needs!
