I love it when they don't need a moon at all - Underworld had some of my fave werewolf dynamics (and one of my favorite hybrids... Michael... ah...). If you coupled Underworld's werewolf species rules with Van Helsing (2004)'s werewolves, it would be perfect. Emotion driven TF is so gooooooooood
