So Voira can absorb sunlight from the twilight hours of the day(Dawn and Dusk) to create powerful constructs like a Green Lantern. Her favorite constructs are weapons. And while she can store a lot it's still limited so she avoids making normal constructs like chairs or such.
Here is an example of how powerful she can be. Is she coming for a criminal? Is she yelling a warning for evil-doers? Any of those answers or more, everyone better watch out and make sure she doesn't come for you! Because she will not be merciful if she sets her sights on you~!
