Yeah, I'm one of those lame people that has Pokemon Oc's. I have a Pokemon Trainer OC named Reiker, whom I desperately need to draw more of. Anyhow, this is his Jolteon. As you can see he's a little on the rough side, poor guy has been through hell. Long story short this is what happens when you work with Team Rocket and use their "science" to evolve Pokemon instead of by stones or other natural means. More info on this guy to come in the future.

Just a little scribbly I thought I'd share, also name suggestions are welcome. I don't mind if it's cheesy or cliche, so long as it's nothing really electric sounding(he was an Eevee first, after all).
