Ahh, that makes sense. Hmm, guess I can't say "No perfectionism" in this case, just depends on how audible the other noises are. Like the knocking I didn't notice till, I don't know the 5th or so try. Though, I guess I could counter with, those who listen would be listening for you and focus on you, not other noises. ^^;; Probably would have never noticed the knocking at all if not looking for it due to it being mentioned :P
Oooh ^^ Foos fan ??? I adore the Foo Fighters. This song I recorded years back and I wanted to attempt it again so this was done a few weeks ago. Well more like 2 months ago maybe X3 It's not a great take and I think I can do better. I was jsut experimenting really. Also the harmonies would be better if I got around to it X3 Maybe I will try finish just for you X3 hehe!
It's one of those songs where you need good control I think, mainly for the hikes down low to high notes in the chorus.
I also like it done simply like this so it's a song I will consider finishing I think!
So you sang with another band? Is that what you meant? I have never really performed. I am too scared of being booed off the stage or having no applause X3 I would get overcome with nerves on stage I think ^^;; I was never good at school plays let alone singing haha.

I am a big Foos fan, I always liked the stuff Dave sang in Nirvana more than the actual mainstream songs.
I played bass and did second and third harmonies for that gig. they were interesting people, played a lot of progressive and rocky stuff. It was fun.

Grohl is a legend, seriously. Great voice, great energy, great drummer and great songwriter (I am sure he writes as well lol maybe I am wrong though). I never liked Nirvana as much as the Foos. It was a bit too depressing for me lol. I think Kurt's overrated :x!
I will try and get this covered properly ^^;; sorry if I take a while to get there though.

I shall check it out in a sec!! I sort of make up the guitar myself, I am mostly self taught though I have been playing for 15 years ^^;;;!! Started when I was 7 or 8 and used to perform in front of my school lol XD I used to learn beatles ongs which are the hardest chord combinations known to man I swear XD
