It's the choo choo shoe Charlie!

Um.. yeah. Charlie is actually black and white. But.. I wanted something black, orange and teal/mint green/whatever that color is... and I decided, that since Charlie is part of the same species as Crow, he probably has the ability to change his fur colors and patterns to. Plus.. I don't draw Charlie as much as I want to anymore. :<
