ink painting? is it like watercolors? i don't think i ever heard of the medium :O but the results look gorgeous! if i may ask, what is ink painting? painting with ink, i know x3 but what kind of ink? what supplies are used? special brushes or paper? i'm interested in this art medium!

It's india inks! :) (The inks and supplies I used are pictured.) Very fun medium to use, but quite different than watercolors. They are permanent and cannot lift like watercolors can. Some techniques carry over, like using water with them. I just use regular paint brushes and watercolor paper. If you give them a try, I hope you have fun with them! :D
