The FLP DhenVar named after two Vulpix engineers. (Kaled V'Dhen and Leod T'Var) is a semi-auto gauss scout rifle used by the Vulpix army. It is very accurate and the bullets it fires have high velocity and low drop distance, making it a good sniper rifle. The magnification of the scope is adjustable and can have a night vision and thermal vision option. That weapon is often used by infantry snipers, obviously, and also by jetpack infantry for recon or ambush mission. The weapon has a rate of fire of 200RPM and a magazine of 20 bullets.


The autonomy of this weapon in terms of energy is very high, and the battery has to be changed very rarely. Those weapons are often referred to "Gauss guns" or "Magnetic Guns".

The ammo it uses is "Dart-L2" gauss ammunition (8,8mm). Those bullets are made especially for snipers and DMR and are bigger and longer. Combined with a gun that has a lot of electromagnets, those bullets can have insane velocity, pierce any armour used by infantry, deal damage to mech armor, and even deal damage to light armored vehicles. Being hit by more than one of those bullets often means death in a lot of cases.
