The PM-16 Hailfire is a gauss submachine gun used by the Vulpix army. It is often provided to tank crews, medics, and tank hunter infantry. It has a devastating effect in close quarters, is still decent in the medium range, but because of the small size and small amount of electromagnet inside, it is not useful in the long range. The round magazine can store 60 rounds and the rate of fire is around 800 RPM.

The autonomy of this weapon in terms of energy is very high, and the battery has to be changed very rarely. Those weapons are often referred to "Gauss guns" or "Magnetic Guns".

The ammo it uses is "Dart-S" gauss ammunition (6,5mm) Because these bullets are a little shorter, they produce less recoil and are thus better suited for light assault rifles, submachine guns, pistols, and machineguns with a high rate of fire.
