Been doing a bit more with Julius Arras aka "Jules" the last week and a bit so I figured it's time to get my own rendition out and finally sketch my own character ( yep Julius is my 3rd 'sona! )
So finally took a stab at him using the other commissioned art and the original written idea as ref and of course he's got the confident smirk and pose going on, will be refining that a bit more, and did some more fiddling with his snout ears and hair.
Overall really enjoyed finally getting something drawn of him and I'm really liking the way the fin ears are coming out.
But feels good to be in precious Jules' head and to get a much better feel for him including some of his ticks and mannerisms and that confidence! A must for any galaxy renown illegal bounty hunter android and or lead rock star of the precious devils band ( depending on which 'verse he's in ;D )
Not much else to say with him but expect to see more of the big blue aquadragon!

Hehe, lookin' handsome!
The hair reminds me a lot of a Final Fantasy VII design, which is really neat.
As far as the face shape goes, call me a little basic, but I'm partial to the top left one. Ditto for the hair. I also love the expression on it, very quietly cocky and, as you said, confident. His expression in the bottom sketch is also really good, too.
