Rules:
-character and commissioner must be 18+
-character clear reference(s) required
-I don't do private commissions, but can submit the art on a certain date you want me to do it.
-All character owners must agree to use in commission
-I reserve the right to cancel the commission at any time for any reason, in which case you will be fully refunded.
-If scene half needs to be paid upfront, if normal animation full payment before start working.
-Animations can take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months, in the unlikely event of the latter your patience is appreciated! I'll keep you updated.
-Complex characters will be extra charged
-When sending the money please have in mind paypal taxes, NOT OBLIGATORY, but really apreciated
