I couldn't help but notice the positive attention my old Dictator Mangle sketch recieved, so I made a remake of it! A VERY greedy dictator and her blobby army~
Also, this is not a "nazi pic", this pic is actually based on Chilean uniforms (yeah, even the helmets, Chilean army uses Stahlhelms), not any German ones. It's cuz I decided to give Dictator Mangle more of a Pinochet vibe rather than my usual German one I give most of my dictator characters.
