Phanteon is my fakemon pokesona, a ghost eeveelution.

This was a more stylized version of phanteon, a couple of things aren't really accurate to the character, the long neck and blue in the smoke aren't really part of phanteon's design. And the legs are bending in the wrong place. But this was a stylized image so I'm not bothered by it.

I did not draw this. I bought this commission a long time ago and can't find the artist despite my best efforts to look for them, so if you're the artist let me know and I'll gladly give credit.
