"Among snowy mountains on east, hidden between two old kingdoms lays a ancient temple. Build back in times of first empire, it was lost, forgotten and abandoned. Knowledge about ancient structure vanished from minds and scrolls, leaving it slowly falling apart on misty peak, in a battle against the unyielding time itself.
Not a long ago, a strange creature from legends and stories appeared there, choosing dusty cold temple as his new home. With work, care and time, big dragon restored this place, making it his shelter, his lair. Yet, unlike others from his kin, huge scaled beast didn't felt need to hoard gold, silver and gems, deciding instead to became a guardian of those lands below the temple. Soon he met his old friends and found a few pure souls, which now know about his home.
Among snowy mountains on east, few good souls may always expect a cup of wonderful tea, filling meal, a place to rest and someone to give them a huge heartwarming hug..."
Done and done... phew.
This is one of my biggest pictures and I am really glad to finally finish it after silently staring at it in my to do list for more than two months...

This is absolutely incredible goofball and it's so wonderful to see this idea finally come to fruition. There's so much character, the interactions are all so perfect, the details and creativity in the scene is wonderful and I always love get together's like this.

Loong in English refer in particular to the Eastern dragon or noodle dragon. In Chinese culture, loong means a kind of god /creature who can control the power of water and weather.
