I imagine it just increases the sense of anticipation and being blindfolded puts the focus on the other senses and being a bat I imagine his hearing is very keen so he'll be listening for the slightest sound. Though it'll only be when he feels the first touch that he'll know it's started and then it's the fun of guessing what he's being tickled with. Really would be hard to see how it gets more fun than that.
