She's using an alien body. This body has been existing way before Gwen's birth inside the omnitrix, therefore we're lusting over a mature physique, the mind using such physique is irrelevant to our boners. It would be like saying that you can't fap to Lara Croft if she's being controlled by a minor.

Third objection! there's no written document that says the bodies used by the omnitrix are the same age as the user, I call the "das sum bullsheet" clause on you, sir! and, as BigOnionBean says, the Omnitrix develops alien bodies in their prime, therefore, non minors in their respective planets. Since he's the writer of this comic, I propose this clause to be called the "Neener neener" clause!
being devil's advocate, in the series itself there is a strong inconsistency regarding the age of the aliens with respect to their appearance
Mainly because at the beginning it was never thought that we would have an episode from the future or one where he would rejuvenate to 5 years old, so by default the aliens were made with a more adult appearance instead of a more adolescent one.
The explanation within the series was always confusing, personally I think it is something like what happens with dogs, for us it is 10 years old but for the Loboan species that is already an age where it reaches an adult figure
Even so, the explanation of the creators of this comic is that the Omnitrix increases her age, making her an adult as an alien.
(and since they make the comic then it is like that)

Well I did describe her as a peak example in physique of whetever represemtative species Gwen transforms into. Seems this would perfectly suit her "mature/adult" Laboan form. And nauyaco was able to capitalize on it in such an amazing fashion!

She is 11 moron, so yes she is technically in middle school. Plus this isn't a Loli scenario where were dealing with the body of a child and the supposed age being XXX years old. The Omnitrix as far as this story is concerned actively works to transform the user physically into a mature prime specimen of the chosen species to which Gwen is now. As such she is now introduced the insticts, behaviors and thoughts pf such a creature of age. You could even say she is a different person altogether when transformed.
The og serues never really mentioned this and did really touch upon it other than a similar story of spokies which was of the alien character Ghostfreak in which he described his world as being uber dark and where all life was basically endermen style zombies apart from him of course.
There has been plenty of fan content that has been made to compesate for this but otherwise there hasn't been anything to explain such creatures as far as I recall.
