Recently, due to training for the Rapture, Sebastian fused himself with a demon, obtain a demonic version of hamon, a new stand called Fire & Flames and, as you can see in the picture, a new form called Nightmare mode, that greatly enhances his strength, stamina and hamon power as well as enhanced his already insane speed.
Although this fusion has also fused their personalities together, to what extent that has on Sebastian, that remains to be seen...
