Duality.

Depression's been acting up lately...In this I'm just showing that there's always light but sometimes the darkness can become so overwhelming you can't see the light around you.

You get so focused on the dark, you forget to see the light surrounding you....sometimes you get lost in the void that it takes you years to pull yourself out of it, but there's still darkness there, just not as concentrated...instead it's fragmented...so you get bouts of depression that feels like you're getting sucked back in....it's a constant battle, a constant war in your mind when you have both Depression and Anxiety to not let that void of darkness suck you back in and not see the light. Sometimes it gets bad enough I can't see the light and sink into a numb state....and that's where I am right now.

But I'll fight. The void won't suck me in..it'll just take a while to realize that it's only temporary...

It's only temporary. I can fight it.
