When I first saw the word "Away" as a theme, the first thing that popped into my head was "When the cat is away, the mice will play.
I made this one on sketch paper using graphite and colored pencils. For some reason whenever I scan a piece, the white shows up more than when I am looking at the actual work. Maybe I will figure out a better way to deal with this in the future.
