Basically the image you see is Madarao and Hakubi in a argument since there been people drawing Madarao fat and people loving it making madarao more popular and Hakubi as competition to Madarao thinks he can eat more than him thus he gotten fat too, when they meet that night madarao and hakubi were arguing who can eat better and saying one can eat more than the other XD
