Does anyone know of The Killer's song, "Bones"?
Well, I was working on commissions tonight, and I was listening to random music I have on my compy. I was listening to a very quiet song and turned up the speakers. I forgot to turn them back down, then "Bones" came on.
Thus, it scared the SHIT out of me, and I fell back.
I think it's funny, but I guess you just haaaad to be there. XD

Also a bad thing when playing games and turning the volume up to listen to conversation, but forgetting to dial it lower when the gunplay/explosions/evilundeadthingscreaming start back up again.
Especially at two in the morning when you forget you left the game running while you were getting some water and the zombie's been waiting for you.
