Being accidentally resurrected by the doctor, she was scared and shy at first, her previous life ruining her trust in people, but the group slowly dug their way into her dead heart. The doctor saw her as his responsibility, and would fret over fixing her decomposing body so she could keep up with them. He looked for better ways for her to communicate with em since her tongue is cut off, and has been trying to teach her sign language and to write/read.

Anne was delighted at the prospect of them being 'girl-friends' and 'doing normal girl stuff' so they'd try doing stuff often read about in magazines, having makeovers that failed, and collecting pretty clothing and accessories. The Priest was more hesitant to talk to her, but her eagerness to help and her kind and calm personality made her the only one of the group that he could meditate around. Eventually he started also venting to her a bit, as she proved to be a great and nonjudgemental listener.
