For one, don't be hard on yourself please! We're all learning and asking for help isn't an avenue for talking bad of your work :)
Secondly, this is a whole mess of effects and mistakes slapped together. It was an experiment! To sum it up; I drew the art and flattened the layers into just one image. I overlaid a spiders web-inspired image I doodled up to be a guide for the glass. I made a red, a green, and a blue color channel version of the art. Then using a lot of really sharp selection angles I pulled those color channel layers apart from the center. I then overlaid a white layer that was mostly transparent on everything and did the same for the that to make the glass itself. Making sure to be careful how they were to not overlap on each other. Once I had the glass, I added some minor white streaks to it just to give a "pane" look. Then added a strong white highlight to the upper left of all of them (select all > new layer > fill with white > offset up and left > select the original layer again > delete on the white layer. Leaves just the edges)
Like... Its an absolute mess to do and honestly not one I suggest other than to see how well you can make it look. Or for a very uncommon vibe. If you don't want the glitchy effect, then don't do the red, green, blue layer thing and just start breaking a white layer apart. Less is more! You don't need a ton of glass to make it look shattered.

Not traced at all! I found that a lot of broken glass tables reminded me of spiders webs. So I drew my own image to resemble a broken pane of glass in that way, but only in black. Then overlaid that on this art so I could base my broken glass here on that. It got very removed from the source by the end lol.
