One evening while sitting around a campfire with Tayle and a bunch of clones from the 104th and 501st, Chanticleer told the story of how he won the bubble blowing contest at the county fair when he was 10 by blowing a bubble 5 feet in diameter - bigger than he was at the time. Tayle had already heard that story, but one of the clones, Fixer, said that there was no way that could have been possible.
Irked by Fixer's bold statement, Chanticleer said that he would show him himself, and threw 10 pieces of gum in his beak and started chewing. When the gum was ready, Chanticleer climbed on top of a nearby rock, drew a deep breath, launched himself into the air, and blew a bubble 12 feet in diameter. All the clones, including Fixer, were impressed, and then the bubble popped all over them. Chanticleer had proven his talent, and he and the clones laughed the whole thing off and went to clean themselves up.
